It's about time I added a blog to my site, and it will be interesting to see if I get any viewers or comments on here.
I will try and keep this up to date, and let everyone know what is going on at The Hooded Lens.
This week, I have been catching up on processing photos from last week's shoots in Chester and Liverpool, as well as dealing with orders from the Tribal Gathering in York recently.
Kalila is a flamenco dancer from Liverpool. We had a great time during her shoot, plenty of laughs and I got some great shots of her dancing. See more of the photos from this shoot here.
This was the 5th shoot I have done with this model, and the last before she leaves the country (was it something I said?). The theme for this shoot was a little scary, which is a departure from the others I have done, which were Japanese Harajuku (lolita) fashion.
I haven't uploaded the photos from the latest shoot yet, see below for an example from the first one.
You can see more of her photos here.
Setting up the price lists in three currencies took a while at the end of last week. Thank you for everyone's patience! The photos are selling well, many thanks to those who like them enough to buy. Some of the keenest customers bagged an extra special bargain during price-list teething troubles, or as I like to call it, a special introductory offer!
Remember you can order prints and other goodies too from any of the galleries in £, € and $.
You can see (and order) lots of photos from the Tribal Gathering here.
